This is the Last Will and Testament of Mearl Avery Shively, Charles' grandfather. This will was signed by Mearl Avery and two witnesses, in Batavia Ohio, on July 30 1971. This date is a year after the death of Charles' father (Mearl Avery's son), Mearl Carlton. In the will, Mearl Avery Shively gives his automobile and real estate to his wife, Lottie Ellen Shively, for the rest of her life.
